NCUR COORDINATOR/ FACULTY ADVISOR INFORMATION

If you are listed as the NCUR coordinator, institutional contact, or faculty advisor on one or more student submissions from your institution, the following information is in regard to institutional invoicing and payment. 

Registration and Invoicing Timeline
Students who have been accepted to present at NCUR 2022 have been instructed that they need to register for the conference. They are aware that if their institution will be paying for their registration that they are to select “Invoice my Institution” upon registering. The registration rate due will be dependent upon when a student registers.

December 20, 2021 Early-bird abstract submission rate deadline
January 31, 2022 Regular submission discounted rate deadline
February 7, 2022 Last day "Pay by Check" will be available as a payment selection option in the system. After this date, payments will need to be made via credit card. 
February 10, 2022* Invoices will be issued to institutions for payment
March 21, 2022** Last day to register online with a credit card and all check payments for invoices must be received.
 

* February 10, 2022, is the day CUR will send you an invoice of all current unpaid, registered students or students who have selected the "pay by check" option during registration. If you’d like an invoice sooner or would like to pay for a group of registrants before February please email NCUR@CUR.org. Please note this only works when students have already registered. If no registration can be found for a particular student, they will need to log into their account and register before you can generate an invoice or pay for their registration.

** 
A submitted registration form with no corresponding payment after March 21, 2022, is not considered a complete registration and will result in the registrant being unable to access the virtual event platform.
