The Annual Business Meeting (ABM) is open to the current-elected Executive Board and General Council members. This two-day governance meeting marks the time that our councilors come together to collaboratively plan the support of our new strategic plan. The communication, planning, and distinguishing the future of undergraduate research by investigating and reviewing CUR's by-laws, constitution, and past year's accomplishments, are valuable to the success of CUR and vital to how CUR sees itself and the community views CUR. The goal of this meeting is to participate in important conversations, planning, and work that is imperative to a successful future for CUR and undergraduate research and so that we can continue to strengthen our community and improve undergraduate research experiences.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In general, the cancellation deadline is 30 days prior to the start of the conference, except where explicitly noted. Cancellations requests received in writing to the CUR National Office prior to the cancellation deadline will receive a full refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after the cancellation deadline. Transfer of registration to another individual before the cancellation deadline is free of charge but subject to member classification charges due to differences in conference rates. Transfer of registration after the cancellation deadline will be charged a $50.00 transfer fee. Institutions may not substitute one participant for another without prior approval of the CUR National Office. CUR always suggests that registrants purchase low-cost travel insurance when booking their air reservations. Not only will this insurance cover your airfare in the event of cancellation, but it will also cover the registration cost for the meeting.
