Frequently Asked Questions

 

Registration:

  • All NCUR attendees must register individually.  Abstracts are tied to student registrations.
  • Individual registrant can pay either by credit card or select "Invoice My Institution." 
  • If the registrant selects the "Invoice My Institution" option, whoever they indicate as their conference coordinator will receive an email invoice listing everyone who registered under their name.  Conference coordinators have two options to pay; either online by credit card or by sending a check to an address listed on the email.
  • Invoices will start going out after early registration ends (February 23, 2015). 

Hotels & Transportation:

  • Continue to check the hotel reservation site.  As universities confirm rooms in their blocks some rooms will open up.  We will continue to work this issue.
  • Transportation will be provided from the designated hotels.  A more detailed transportation plan will be published as the conference draws closer.

Session Information:

  • The NCUR 2015 Host Committee is not able to accommodate requests for specific presentation dates or times. When registering for the conference, please understand that your presentation may be scheduled for any date and time between 11:00am on Thursday, April 16, 2015 and 9:50am on Saturday, April 18, 2015. Requests for specific presentation dates and times will not be accepted.
  • You will receive an e-mail on or shortly after March 2, 2015 with details about how to find your presentation date, time, and location. Please note that we are not able to consider requests for specific dates/times for presentations.
