Webinar: Strategies and Resources for Social Science Research With Undergraduates

This webinar will focus on tools and strategies for building and sustaining undergraduate research programs in the social sciences.  The presenters will showcase specific pedagogical resources available at Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR).  Dr. Julio Rivera will discuss the benefits of scaffolding UR in the curriculum to increase and deepen the capacity of schools to generate UR opportunities for students. Dr. Lynette Hoelter will share a sample of ICPSR resources that directly support faculty research, faculty-student research, and scaffolded UR curriculum.   Audience members will be invited to engage and question the presenters about strategies and available resources.  This webinar is co-sponsored by CUR and ICPSR.
