Flipped Sessions

There are 'flipped sessions' at CUR Conference this year.  In order to effectively participate in these sessions, please review the prepared materials.

Wireless Internet:  Will be available to all presenters and attendees throughout the meeting space.

Information for Presenters:

Session presenters:
All meeting rooms will be equipped with a VGA projector and screen.  A limited number of laptops will be available, but please bring your own laptop if possible.  Don't forget to bring any VGA converters/dongles, power cords, and other accessories that you may need.  If you need a laptop for your presentation, please let us know at the registration desk when you check-in.
Poster presenters:
All posters will be shown in the foyer of the grand ballroom on the ballroom level.  You will be provided a foam poster board (40" by 30") which will be mounted on easels. Please bring pins or tape to affix your poster to the foam boards.  Assigned poster numbers can be found in the program. If you need assistance with finding your poster location and/or mounting your poster, please come by the registration desk where staff will be able to assist you.

Poster Session 1 (Sunday, June 29): Set up during breakfast on Sunday, 7:30-8:30am. Please remove your poster between 7:00 and 8:30pm.
Poster Session 2 (Monday, June 30): Set up during breakfast on Monday, 7:30-8:30am. Please remove your poster between 7:00 and 8:30pm.
