CUR Dialogues

CUR Dialogues 2019
CUR Dialogues -  is designed to bring faculty and administrators to the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area to interact with federal agency program officers and other grant funders. Attendees will also have the chance to engage in several networking opportunities.

The 2018 institute will be held from February 14-16**, at the Crystal Gateway Marriott, 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA, 22202. 

Conference Grants:

The Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) is offering a limited number of conference grants for individuals to attend CUR Dialogues 2019. Applicatiions will be available in the fall.

Registration deadline: Wednesday, February 6, 2019.

NCUR 2019

The mission of the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) is to promote undergraduate research scholarship and creative activity done in partnership with faculty or other mentors as a vital component of higher education.
The Kennesaw State University is proud to welcome the 33rd National Conference on Undergraduate Research to its campus, April 11-13, 2019.

Research Experiences for Undergraduates Symposium 2018
The Council on Undergraduate Research would like to invite you to our fourth Research Experiences for Undergraduates Symposium to be determined. This conference will feature keynote presentations, presentations by students from REU programs in all disciplines, sessions for REU students, faculty, and administrators, and opportunities to meet with representatives from the National Science Foundation and other government agencies.

Pre-ISSOTL Conference 2016
Building on the successful meetings held prior to the ISSOTL conferences in Calgary, Canada (2017), Los Angeles (2016), Universite Laval (2014), Liverpool (2010), Milwaukee (2011), Hamilton, Canada (2012), and Raleigh (2013), the Council on Undergraduate Research (CUR) will be again be offering a pre-conference symposium at the ISSOTL 2019 conference in Atlanta, GA. Undergraduate Research Program Directors (URPD) Conference 2018 - Undergraduate Research Collaborations
Held in odd years, this event brings together those interested in creating and enhancing undergraduate research programs at the institutional level.  The conference is designed to help participants learn from each other and explore a variety of models and best practices related to undergraduate research. Cancellation Policy

In general the cancellation deadline is thirty days prior to the start of the conference, except where explicitly noted.  Cancellations requests received in writing to the CUR National Office at cur@cur.org prior to the cancellation deadline will receive a full refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after the cancellation deadline. Transfer of registration to another individual before the cancellation deadline is free of charge, but subject to member classification charges due to differences in conference rates. Transfer of registration after the cancellation deadline will be charged a $50.00 transfer fee.

Institutions may not substitute one participant for another without prior approval of the National Office.

CUR always suggests that their registrants purchase low-cost travel insurance when booking their air reservations. Not only will this insurance cover your airfare in the event of cancellation but will also cover the registration cost for the meeting you were to attend.
