Registration - Vendors & Exhibitors

Thank you for your interest in the Graduate and Professional Opportunity Fair at NCUR 2020. Montana State University will welcome over 4,000 high-achieving undergraduate students from across the country to present their research and creative projects at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research. The fair will be placed in one of the highest traffic areas of the conference, providing you with a prime location and many opportunities to engage with these remarkably bright and ambitious students.

The fair is also open to Montana State University students and the students from Montana's seven Tribal Colleges. Montana State University serves a broad range of over 16,000 students many of whom are 1st generation students, as well as over 700 American Indian students.

Thursday, March 26     

  • Registration and Set-Up: 7:00 am - 8:30 am
  • Booths Open: 8:30 am - 5:00pm**

Registration
Cost

  • Blue: $400.00 per table ($100 each additional representative)
  • Gold: $500 per table ($100 each additional representative) 

 

Blue Package ($400) Includes**:

  • One six-foot table, one chair
  • Access to wifi and power (upon request and subject to availability). Please indicate if you require power at your table. 
  • Access to our hospitality room which includes access to power, beverages, and snacks throughout the three days. 
  • Access to breakfast and lunch on all three days of the conference for one representative. 


 

Gold Package ($500) Includes**:
Everything included in the Blue Package PLUS​

  • Advertisement in the conference schedule app
  • Advertisement in the conference program (PDF)
  • Opportunity to place a flyer, brochure, or other small item in the 'swag bag' that every conference attendee will receive. Items must be shipped to MSU at least two weeks prior to the conference. 


Additional Representatives ($100)

  • There is a $100/person charge for additional representatives. This fee covers meals, snacks, and access to non-ticketed conference e ents for additional representatives. Additional chairs will be provided for each additional representative. 
    *** Please provide your own tablecloths. We do not provide extension cords, surge protectors, or other equipment. We cannot print documents for you on site. You will receive information on nearby printing and shipping facilities.

What to Know

  • Graduate Registration for the two day Graduate Fair is required in advance with names of each recruiter attending from your school or organization. 
  • The Graduate Fair vendor registration window allowing for payment by credit card will open October 24. Please let us know if you need alternative payment arrangements. Invoices/receipts can be provided upon request. Cancellation policy: Registered institutions cancelling before February 13, 2020 will receive full refund less a $50 processing fee. Institutions that cancel after February 13, 2020 will not receive a refund. 
  • Registration and payment must be received no later than February 13, 2020 to be included in the PDF program available online. Registrations will be accepted after this date, but will not be included in the PDF program. We encourage you to register early as spaces are limited. 
  • You will receive; detailed check-in information, campus maps, parking instructions, and social media information via e-mail at least four weeks prior to the conference.
