Airport to Hotel Travel Information for 2008 Posters on the Hill

The directions below are given using the Metro transportation system. Of course, there are taxicabs, airport limos, and other ways to travel around the area. However, Metro is the fastest and most economical way to travel. The Metro rail system hours are Monday-Thursday 5:30 am - midnight. Friday and Saturday Metro rail is open 8:00 am - 2:00 am.  Sunday Metro rail is open 8:00 am - midnight. Metro rail has two fare rates: rush hour (5:30 am - 9:30 am and 3 pm - 7 pm weekdays) and non-rush. Signs are located at the kiosk in every station and there are farecard machines to purchase the farecard needed for your travel.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION: IF YOU WILL BE USING THE METRO RAIL SYSTEM YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE SMALL BILLS ON YOU. THE FARECARD MACHINES WILL ALLOW YOU TO FEED A $20 BILL INTO THEM BUT WILL ONLY GIVE CHANGE IN THE AMOUNT OF $4.95, AND ALL IN CHANGE. IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A FARECARD FOR $2.20 AND USE A $20 BILL YOU WILL LOSE $12.85 TO THE MACHINE.

Please check back to this website for directions to the Hotel.
