Music Presentations:

  1. Music participants may perform up to 15 minutes with five additional minutes allotted for questions.
  2. Playback resources available during presentation are CD, DVD, and most portable media players that use an 1/8 inch audio connection.
  3. For the above subjects Music Original CompositionMusic Composition: In the style of a specific musical period, style or composer and Music Arranging, students must provide a full score (or significant portion of a score if work is in progress) plus a CD cued to the performance.
  4. For Music Performance, students must provide a CD cued to the performance.
  5. For categories Music Lecture recital and Music Research and/or Analysis, students should follow the standard NCUR format. Name, school, address, phone number, composer and musical instrument of piece must be attached to all submitted materials.

Film Presentations:

Dance Presentations:

  1. Performances may be up to 15 minutes in length with five additional minutes allotted for questions.

  3. A Clavinova is available as well as audio playback on CD.

Theatre Presentations:

  1. Participants may present monologues or scenes (up to five actors).
  2. Performances may be up to 15 minutes in length with five additional minutes allotted for questions.
