Pre-registered attendees should check in immediately upon arrival at the Registration Center, located in the Ballroom of the Student Center. The Registration Center will be open:
- Wednesday, 4:00pm-8:00pm
- Thursday, 7:00am-4:00pm
- Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm
- Saturday, 7:00am-9:00am
Materials received at check-in, will include:
- Meal tickets
- Pre-purchased event tickets
- Pre-purchased t-shirts
- Conference Program
T-shirts and event tickets may also be purchased on-site, while supplies last. If you pre-paid for a t-shirt, you will receive a ticket that can be redeemed at the t-shirt table.
The Registration Center will also include:
- On-site registration
- Payment of reserved event tickets
- Lost and Found
- Bike rental

Online registration is now closed. On-site registration is still available. If you plan to register on-site, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and provide your name, institutional affiliation, and the type of registration (student or faculty/other attendee). Payment for on-site registration can be made via cash, credit card, or institutional check. Personal checks will not be accepted. On-site registrants are not guarenteed access to a physical program; however, the program will be available electronically. On-site registrants will receive registration materials on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Faculty/Other Attendees: $270
All registration fees, pre-paid or on-site, include breakfast and lunch Thursday-Saturday.
Extras Purchases and Payment
Extras purchases may be made on-site while supplies last. Ticketed events include excursions
, Big Ideas Start at Crazy
on Thursday night
and the Sundy Best concert
on Friday night. Extras purchased on-site are payable via cash, credit card (Visa or Mastercard only), or an institutional check. Personal checks will not be accepted.
