Fees:

On-line registration fees (only on-line registrations will be accepted):

• $185 student fee and $195 non-student fee on or before February 19, 2013
• $225 student fee and $235 non-student fee starting February 20, 2013

On-site registration fees (on-line registration closes March 12, only on-site registrations accepted after that date):

• On-site:  $240 student fee and $270 non-student fee.
