Is there a specific template we should use for the posters at NCUR?

Nope, you can use any template you want, just be sure it meets the size requirements posted on the website.

For a performing arts presentation, will a projector be available for the presentation?

Only if you requested one when you submitted your abstract.  Most students will be standing in front of their artwork and using that as their visual aid.

I noticed in the "search presentations" section that it lists which poster sessions students are in and which tripod and side they've been assigned to. How can I find out where each poster session (i.e. Poster Session #7) is located? Thanks!

All of the poster sessions are in Mitchell hall.  Once you are in the building there will be a map to the location of your tripod.

Hello, I had planned on being at the entire conference. I present my poster at 8:30 on Saturday, but I just had an exam pushed back to Thursday. Is it okay that I will not be there the entire time?

Yes, as long as you are there for your presentation.

How selective is NCUR? I would like to know the approximate % of abstracts accepted in recents years to help demonstrate the high quality of work presented at NCUR to administrators at my university.

Typically 80-90% of the abstracts submitted are accepted each year.
