Poster Size:

The maximum poster size that can be accommodated is 32" wide by 42" high. Posters that are wider than 32" WILL NOT be permitted to be displayed. All of your materials must be mounted on the wall. There is no room for additional displays or materials.

Setup:

All posters will be shown in The Project Gallery in the Kimball Visual Arts Center at Weber State University. The gallery will open at 12:00 noon on Sunday, June 20, 2010. All presenters are required to mount their posters by 2:30pm on Sunday, June 20, 2010 regardless of their assigned presentation time. Please note that this setup time is during the scheduled Sunday Lunch, so please plan accordingly. The setup process should take about 15 minutes, so it will leave ample time for you to enjoy the break between sessions and eat lunch.

Upon arriving at Kimball Hall, please check in with the information table at the front of the hall. WSU students and staff will be there to assist you with finding your location and mounting your poster. Posters will be grouped by category and presentation time.

Please bring tape to affix your poster to the wall.

Removal of your Poster:

Please leave your poster hanging throughout the duration of the conference. Kimball Hall will remain open until 7:00pm on Monday, June 21, 2010 after the last poster session to allow time to remove your poster from the wall. Please do not remove your poster before 6:30pm, Monday, June 21, 2010. Posters left remaining at 7:00pm will be disposed of.
